Refund policy

If PerchDeck is not for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying your license.

There is no free trial, because the app does nothing until a license key is activated. This guarantee is how you can try PerchDeck without committing.

Use the contact details on this website. Do it within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, and include your order details.

You do not need to uninstall anything first. If you can, open Settings > License in PerchDeck and press Deactivate, which frees that PC's spot on the key. If you can't, it will be handled for you.

When a refund goes through, your license key is disabled. PerchDeck then stops working shortly afterwards on any PC that is online. A PC that has been offline keeps working for a limited time, until it next connects.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. It also calculates the tax shown at checkout, and refunds are processed through Dodo Payments.
